Caveman Cuisine

By now we should know what Paleo is and Caveman Cuisine makes living a Paleo lifestyle that much easier. Here is a little blurb about them:

CaveMan Cuisine wants to make health and wellness easier and provide you with 100% Paleo, fresh, organic meals!  Don’ t let time, prep, kids, or your job get in the way of success.  Enjoy delicious healthy lunches and dinners delivered to your home, office or gym!  Also, we have our meals at 3 of your local Natural Grocers Stores (Guadalupe, Braker, and Cedar Park). Our menu changes weekly and we even offer a la carte pizzas and desserts. Visit CaveMancuisine.com to look and order today!

We reviewed their food and it is good healthy Paleo food. It is very plain and there are no signs that there is anything less than ideal about what you are eating. It is Paleo, organic and you feel good about eating it. One of my personal issues with prepared meals is that due my training volume, my line of work and the default low carbohydrate diet that Paleo tends to be, I get ravenously hungry in about an hour even when I eat their largest meals. I have to eat two of their largest portions just to support my daily habits and sustain my activity. Having a cost effective option for people in my situation or hard-gainers would be a suggestion of mine.

I personally recommend Caveman Cuisine to my clients and anyone trying to accomplish specific body composition goals. Exercise will only take you so far, but if you combine proper exercise with the way that your body was designed to eat, you get tremendous results. Improved body composition, better complexion, a digestion system that functions optimally and streamlined energy levels among other positive adaptations. Do yourself a favor and order a week’s worth of meals and see how you feel. To really get the full dose of what Paleo will do for you, try it for a month and you will never look back.
