NPC Central Texas Showdown CrossFit Competition
Saturday, October 20, 2012 (All Day)
Divisions will be Male Rx, Female Rx, scaled Male and Female, Team WOD consisting of 2 males and 2 females. We have a large space so plan on having a legit competition. This will be a 3-WOD format for all divisions, with a tie breaker WOD if necessary at the end. Scaled division will be formatted such that anyone with CrossFit experience can participate in the fun.
Movements, standards, and WOD will be released the Friday before the event. Due to the central location of the event, we expect boxes from Dallas all the way down to San Antonio to participate.
